* For food safety concerns and COVID-19 safe requirements, we do not accept goods returns. However we refund products which has either a damage, quality issue or expiry issue. All claims must be made within 7 days from the dispatch day.
* When your order has items not available, we will first contact you to swap with a similar product. If you do not accept alternative, or we even don't have a similar, we will refund you for the corresponding amount. However, if you order any single item more than quantity 5 pieces, we hold the right to deduct 3% of corresponding items amount as payment processing fee.
* If a product has more than 1 year shelf life, we guarantee we deliver you with min. remaining shelf life 3 months based on dispatching date; if 6 months then 1 month; if 1 month then 1 week; if 1 week then 2 days.
