1. We only offer free delivery to Blaxland-Penrith-St Marys-Mt Druitt-St Clair-Glenmore Park area for orders above $75. Post codes are: 2745, 2747, 2748, 2750, 2759, 2760, 2770, 2773 and 2774.

2. If you want us deliver to post codes outside of this area, please note that only none perishable products can be delivered via courier parcels, which means category "chilled", "frozen", "vegetables", or anything >=5kg e.g big pack of flour or rice CAN NOT be delivered. System will block your check out if you chose these products.

3. For customers in Blaxland-Penrith-St Marys-Mt Druitt-St Clair-Glenmore Park area, we will attempt evening delivery if you order before 3pm. Latest it will be next day evening delivery. Please also let us aware if you will be at home or not, otherwise we will not be responsible for thawing of frozen or chilled products.

4. For customers outside of this area, it normally takes 24 hours to prepare your order, and then it depends on courier service.

5. For COVID-19 reason, we will only leave the goods at front door, knock at the door and leave your premise. We are not liable for any loss after the goods are left at your front door. For unit apartment customers, we will request you come down to meet our delivery staff to hand over goods. 

6. Please also understand that we cannot guarantee availability of listed items because we are a retail store not a warehouse - inventory level is changing each minute. We will adjust your final payment depends on stock availability.

7. Full amount must be paid before dispatch.

8. The product photos showed online may be slightly different to the actual products.

9. If you order any single item more than quantity 10 pieces, please contact us checking availability before ordering, otherwise when we refund due to short of supply, we will deduct 3% processing fees.
